1.
Consistently supports and maintains an atmosphere of teamwork in the front office
2.
Reliably keeps office supply inventory and order and distribute office supplies
3.
Effectively gathers and submits payroll for the Detox program in a timely and accurate manner
4.
Dependably handles maintenance tickets for equipment repair and building
5.
Routinely run monthly productivity reports and report differences in assigned productivity in a timely and accurate manner.
6.
Consistently answers phones in a responsible, courteous manner and directs calls accurately.
7.
Correctly schedules admissions at the Detox program
8.
Respectfully greets guests, staff and patients at the door.
9.
Communicates effectively with patients and staff.
10.
Effectively demonstrates a strong knowledge of services offered within the program/facility.
11.
Reliably provides administrative support to program directors, coordinators and clinical staff
12.
Dependably prepares and maintains files and pulls charts in preparation for patient’s admissions.
13.
Routinely maintains open communication with staff and administration.
14.
Effectively maintains the Bed Manager/Waiting List, keeping it current and accurate with scheduling admissions and discharges at Detox
15.
Routinely assists clinical staff with typing, filing, and mailing correspondence within agency.
16.
Routinely responsible for completing equipment requests using building maintenance request ticket system.
17.
Regularly completes monthly productivity reports and report differences in assigned productivity in a timely and accurate manner.
18.
Dependably answers phones in a responsible, courteous manner and directs calls accurately.
19.
Respectfully greets guests, staff and patients at the door.
20.
Communicates effectively with patients and staff.

Routinely demonstrates a strong knowledge of services offered within the program/facility

Effectively provides administrative support to program directors, coordinators and clinical staff

Regularly utilizes staff training opportunities to enhance skills needed for delivery of patient services. Obtains a minimum 16 hours of training per year and attends all mandatory training.

Effectively attains and maintains competency with agency electronic health record and use it effectively within required time frames.
32.
Regularly demonstrates a sound understanding of and a commitment to complying with CARF standards for the Acute Care and Residential programs.
33.
Consistently displays cultural competence and sensitivity and ensures services provided incorporate patient-specific cultural values.
34.
Actively is able to accurately maintain patient/nurses census.
35.
Continuously responsible for preparing and updating the daily and nursing census.
36.
Successfully performs other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
Job Qualifications:
Requires a H.S. diploma or equivalent.
One year clerical experience in an office or medical setting required.
Requires the ability to communicate in writing and verbally.
Must be able to attain/maintain competency with agency electronic health record and use it effectively within required time frames.
Prefer general knowledge of co-occurring disorders in order to best serve our population of patients.
Must be able to effectively multi-task.
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written) required.
