Responsible for picking up sharps and shredding at all recycling locations on both campuses,’ as needed 2. Delivers copy paper to all copiers, when needed. 3. Packages sharps for monthly pickup and returns shipping manifest to maintenance office. 4. Will inspect company vehicles and complete all inspections forms monthly. 5. Assists with the monthly building inspections for all property of SalusCare, Inc. 6. Completes daily work orders from work list as assigned by Facilities Manager. 7. Assist other maintenance personnel with various tasks and assignments on center owned or operated properties. 8. Reliably carries a company provided cell phone for the rotation of after-hours and weekends for on call emergencies & may require staying on site with Facilities Manager for such disasters as, but not limited to hurricanes. 9. Independently travel in company vehicle or personal vehicle for company business. Will carefully follow all Florida traffic and safety rules when doing so. 10. Routinely demonstrates a sound understanding of commitment to complying with CARF, OSHA, and other regulatory standards for the Facilities Department. 11. Demonstrates an understanding and respect for cultural competence and sensitivity when interacting with employees, consumers of SalusCare services, visitor’s vendors, and similar persons. 12. Perform other related duties as assigned by Manager. Job Qualifications: Requires High School Diploma or equivalent. (1) One year related experience required.
